混凝-BAF处理水性油墨废水实验

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON TREATMENT OF WATER-BASED INK WASTEWATER BY COAGULATION-BAF

摘要: 选用生物沸石作为混凝剂,对水性油墨废水中的水溶性树脂连结料以及颜料等悬浮物进行混凝沉淀去除。实验结果表明:当生物沸石投药量为350~400 mg/L时,COD去除率可达87%,混凝上清液呈淡粉红色,色度去除较好。然后将混凝上清液与经BAF处理后的生活污水1∶1混合后通过曝气生物滤池(BAF)进行生物处理,当进水ρ(COD)为450.1 mg/L时,出水ρ(COD)为131.4 mg/L,即水性油墨废水经生物处理后出水COD质量浓度约为262.8 mg/L,达GB 8978—1996《污水综合排放标准》的要求。Abstract: Using bio-zeolite as coagulant,water soluble resin link material and pigment in water-based ink wastewater were removed. When the dosage of bio-zeolite was 350 ~ 400 mg /L,COD removal rate could reach 87%. The coagulation supernatant was pale pink and the chromaticity removal rate was improved. Then coagulation supernatant was mixed with sewage after biological aerated filter ( BAF) by 1 ∶ 1. When the influent COD was 450. 1 mg /L,the effluent COD was 131. 4 mg /L,as the effluent COD concentration of water-based ink wastewater less than 262. 8 mg /L after biological treatment,which could reach“Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard”( GB 8978—1996) .
