RESEARCH ON VOLATILE SULFIDE (VSC) AND AMMONIA EMISSION LAW IN PROCESS OF MUNICIPAL SLUDGE COMPOSTING

摘要: 以华北地区某市政污泥堆肥厂为研究对象,开展市政污泥堆肥过程中恶臭气体(挥发性硫化物(VSC)和NH3)的释放规律研究。用苏玛罐、静态箱采集和气相色谱检测方法,测定了污泥堆肥厂VSC和NH3空间分布及堆肥过程中的释放规律。结果表明:堆肥过程中产生的典型恶臭物质为NH3、甲硫醚(DMS)和二甲二硫(DMDS)等,且在静态箱内20 min静置累积浓度排序为NH3>DMDS>DMS>CS2>MT>H2S。NH3平均累积浓度为2.62~119.64 mg/m3,VSC累积浓度比NH3低1~2个数量级。针对市政污泥堆肥过程中主要气态污染物的种类及含量的分析,为开展恶臭气体治理提供了参考。Abstract: The release law of malodorous gases (volatile sulfide (VSC) and ammonia) during municipal sludge composting was investiagted in this paper, by taking a municipal sludge composting plant in North China as the research object. The spatial distribution of VSC and ammonia in the sludge composting plant and the release law in the composting process were determined by Suma tank and static box collection and then gas chromatography. The results indicated that the main components in the composting process of sludge were ammonia, dimethyl sulfide and dimethyl disulfide, and the order of cumulative concentration in the static tank for 20 minutes was NH3>DMDS>DMS>CS2>MT>H2S. The average cumulative concentration of NH3 was 2.62~119.64 mg/m3, and the cumulative concentration of VSC was 1~2 orders of magnitude lower than that of NH3. Through this study, the types and contents of main gaseous pollutants in municipal sludge composting process were determined, which provided effective data support for engineering of odor treatment.
