REVIEW ON ENHANCEMENT OF ANAMMOX PROCESS BY QUORUM SENSING SIGNAL MOLECULES AHLs

  • 摘要: N-酰基高丝氨酸内酯(N-acyl homoserine lactones, AHLs)介导的群体感应(quorum sensing, QS)在细菌中广泛存在,在厌氧氨氧化(Anammox)过程中起着关键作用。近年来对AHLs介导的QS系统如何促进Anammox的研究逐渐增多,研究热点关注外源AHLs如何缩短Anammox系统启动时间,以及提高生物量、功能微生物丰度和活性等方面。为此,归纳了外源AHLs强化Anammox的机制,以及三磷酸腺苷、氮去除相关酶和相关基因在该过程中的关键作用,总结了AHLs信号分子结构差异和特性对Anammox系统脱氮性能的影响,评述了外源AHLs的添加浓度、添加时间和时效性对Anammox过程的促进效果,以及不同环境因素对该过程脱氮的影响,提出了现阶段AHLs强化Anammox过程研究中存在的主要问题及未来的研究方向。
