OVERVIEW AND RESEARCH PROGRESS OF MEMBRANE BIOREACTOR PROCESS

  • 摘要: 膜生物反应器(MBR)技术能够将膜分离和生物处理相结合,具有处理效率高、适用性强和应用前景好等显著优势。简要介绍了MBR的基本原理和工艺类型,分析了有机负荷、污泥浓度、预处理、曝气强度以及温度等主要因素对MBR性能的影响。凭借易组装和高度模块化的特点,MBR工艺被广泛应用于市政废水、农村分散废水、工业废水、海水淡化以及内容物回收等领域。通过典型实际工程案例分析,发现现阶段MBR工艺主要用于大型污水厂的提标改造、污水深度处理以及小型污水厂对分散污水的回收。介绍了MBR技术在膜材料开发、工艺优化、新式MBR、微生物、耦合工艺以及对新型污染物处理等方面的最新研究进展,最后展望了MBR工艺的研究前景和未来发展趋势,指出解决膜污染和降低能耗是MBR工艺优化的重点研究方向。
