Analysis of water reuse situations and potentials in main cities in upper reaches of the Yangtze River Basin: A case study in Luzhou City

  • 摘要: 研究对长江上游9个省份、自治区、直辖市及51个主要城市进行了系统分析,探讨了污水处理与再生利用状况及再生水利用潜力。并以四川省和泸州市为例,对长江上游的再生水利用政策、规划和提升方案进行研究。2021年,长江上游51个主要城市再生水利用总量为10.1亿m3,预计未来年利用量仍有6.7亿~13.4亿m3的增长空间。长江上游不同城市再生水利用量和利用率存在明显差异。上游28个城市的再生水利用率在25%以下,仍有较大提升空间。通过对泸州市再生水定价策略分析、污水处理与再生利用运营模式探讨及相关政策制定分析,提出了基于目标分析和流程规划的再生水利用政策制定思路,旨在进一步规范和提升泸州市及长江上游主要城市再生水利用率和利用效益。
