Chemical dosing strategy for sludge deep dewatering based on a linear regression model

  • 摘要: 分析了无锡市3座污水厂4种污泥的泥质参数,并探究药剂配比对污泥脱水性能的影响。研究结果表明,污泥含固率、胞外聚合物(EPS)中蛋白和多糖含量、污泥比阻(SRF)是影响脱水性能的关键因素。运用均匀试验设计原理与线性回归分析手段,构建了药剂添加剂量与污泥毛细吸水时长(CST)、有机物质占比及固体含量间的线性相关性模型。模型验证成效显示,在所设定的药剂添加比例区间(石灰:13%~25%;PAM:1‱~9‱)之内,方程标准误差<1.5,模型适用性较好。该研究为污泥脱水药剂投加提供了科学依据,对提升脱水效能、降低处理成本具有积极作用,可有效促进污泥处理及最终处置的可持续性发展。
