Model construction and operation optimization of an A2/O process based on BioWin6.0

  • 摘要: 大型污水处理厂实时调控困难导致超标风险长期存在,迫切需要过程仿真软件指导达标运行。以北方某A2/O工艺污水处理厂为研究对象,借助BioWin6.0构建适用模型,面向GB 3838—2002 《地表水环境质量标准》的准Ⅳ类标准深入开展仿真运行优化,分别以控TN优先和控TP优先模拟得到四季推荐运行参数。谨以冬季为例,对冬季控TN优先推荐运行参数进行验证,结果表明COD、NH4+-N和TP 3个指标均稳定优于GB 3838—2002准Ⅳ类标准。值得注意的是,模拟出水TN浓度相比优化前最高降低21.2%;模拟出水TP浓度相比优化前最高降低15.6%,甚至优于地表水准Ⅲ类标准。可见该厂运行升级改造仍有较大空间,所得四季推荐运行参数可为大型污水处理厂降本增效提供借鉴和指导。
