Environmental technology verification for an improved medical waste high-temperature treatment technology

  • 摘要: 我国医疗废物处理处置技术经过不断发展,部分新型处理处置技术已在国内不同区域实现了落地应用,其中很多新型处理处置技术经过了环境技术验证评价,尤其对于新型消毒处理技术,已形成较为成熟的验证评价方法和模式。但对于医疗废物新型高温热处理技术,截至目前仅形成了1项验证评价案例,需要深入探讨其开展验证评价工作的要点。以医疗废物裂解技术为例,在系统梳理现有环境技术验证要求基础上,充分分析技术工艺过程,明确验证评价中环境指标、技术指标和运维指标的设立依据,并围绕技术创新特点,从节能降耗、减污降碳、资源化3个方面建立创新指标,形成整体验证评价指标体系及测试方案,为医疗废物新型高温热处理技术验证评价工作提供参考依据。
