REVIEWER ON PREPARATION OF ARSENIC OXIDE FROM MATERIALS CONTAINING ARSENIC

  • In order to explore an effective process for reducing the quantity of arsenic discharged into environment,several kinds of technologies involving hydrometallurgical and pyrometallurgy for utilizing the arsenic dust produced during roasting and smelting in metallurgical and chemistry industry,as well as the arsenic sulfide and arsenide in purification process were reviewed detail. The advantages and flaws existing in these methods were also compared and analyzed thoroughly. In the end, the trend of treating arsenic waste goods effectively were prospected.
