Energy audit is a concrete measure for a state to establish a long-term energy saving mechanism． An energy audit of
edible oil enterprise in Tianjin was stated during March to June of 2012． A detailed energy consumption survey had been
accomplished，in order to optimize the energy allocation and improve the efficiency of energy utilization． Based on those，the
energy-saving potential capacity were evaluated and energy-saving technologiecal suggestion were proposed． And this could
contribute to adjust the industrial structure and reduce the production cost for edible oil industry
