The traditional AHP method takes insufficient account of current pollutant discharge,and makes the allocation of
total pollutant load unequal and irrational. Through the modification of traditional AHP method,the effect of current pollutant
discharge was integrated into other influence factors,a new allocation method based on reduction equity could be proposed,so
that both regional differentiation and current discharge situation were able to be fully taken into account. The modified AHP
model provided technique support for the operation of total load allocation in the future.
