Research on resource utilization technologies of livestock and poultry manure in different areas

  • 摘要: 我国的畜牧业发展迅速,畜禽规模化养殖稳步发展,在为居民提供丰富的肉类蛋白供应的同时,也产生了大量的畜禽粪污。立足于畜禽粪污规范化循环利用与畜牧业生态健康发展,对畜禽粪污资源化方式进行了梳理,并分析了畜禽粪污资源化策略与区域治理养殖模式的差异。畜禽粪污资源化利用设施的工艺技术要点包括畜禽粪污接收预处理系统的工艺稳定运行、厌氧消化系统的标准化与工业化、好氧堆肥系统的自动化精准控制、沼气利用技术方案的实施条件与畜禽粪污废水治理的工艺系统选择。以畜禽粪污性质与资源化处理工艺为切入点,综合考虑畜禽养殖企业与治理企业的规模与场地条件,提出畜禽粪污集中资源化利用设施的工艺技术要点,并对江苏某地区的畜禽粪污资源化工程设计进行了介绍,有助于推动规模化畜禽养殖的粪污治理。
