Research progress of hot metal desulfurization and treatment and utilization of desulfurization slag in iron and steel enterprises

  • 摘要: 铁水预脱硫是现代钢铁冶金企业不可或缺的关键工序。脱硫渣是脱硫过程产生的主要固体废弃物,年产量达1000万~2000万t。因此,脱硫渣的处理及利用是钢铁企业关注的重要问题。基于此,首先对不同脱硫剂的脱硫机理进行了介绍,通过剖析反应过程,明确了脱硫渣可能的化学组成;并对脱硫渣的化学和物相组成进行全面总结,这一基础性研究为后续的利用工作筑牢了根基;最后综述了脱硫渣在钢厂回用、高附加值利用等方面的研究进展。结果表明:经妥善处理的脱硫渣具有多重价值,不仅能够回收其中的金属铁,还能替代石灰用于炼钢环节,尾渣可实现建材化利用。此外,脱硫渣在重金属废水的离子吸附以及作为橡胶填料等方面也展现出巨大潜力,有望实现高值化利用。
