Multi-objective optimization of duration-robustness in water environment governance project groups

  • 摘要: 当前,我国水生态系统面临严峻挑战,水环境治理任务紧迫。通过实施多目标优化调度策略,对水环境治理项目群进行高效管理,对于推动水环境治理进程具有重要意义。综合考虑资源约束和多个子项目间的紧前关系约束,构建茅洲河水环境治理项目群工期-鲁棒性多目标优化模型,结合多种群NSGA-Ⅲ算法,进行双层编码并求解。在指定参数计算下获得项目群工期-鲁棒性优化调度前沿解集,发现项目鲁棒性较高时,工期也相对较长,整体上来看,Pareto解集在目标空间呈非线性递增分布,验证了模型的合理性和NSGA-Ⅲ算法解决水环境治理项目群调度问题的有效性。该研究为其他城市开展流域水环境治理提供参考,有助于提高同类水环境治理项目群的综合管理能力和决策水平。
