Research on carbon footprint and its influencing factors of vegetable production in China

  • 摘要: 蔬菜生产是重要的温室气体排放源,开展其碳足迹核算及异质性分析,对实现农业“双碳”目标至关重要。已有研究多聚焦于局部地区或单一品种,缺乏全国尺度下不同种植模式的系统对比,且对其空间分布规律与环节贡献分析不足。基于全生命周期评价框架,利用2018—2022年各省份统计数据,构建了涵盖物料投入、田间排放及能源消耗的核算模型,解析了露地与设施模式下不同蔬菜碳足迹的构成特征与空间分布规律。结果表明: 1)我国典型蔬菜年均单位产量碳足迹为65.5~293.8 g CO2-eq/kg,其中露地萝卜排放强度最低,露地豆角最高;各省份间异质性显著,尤以设施茄子与露地豆角的地域波动最为剧烈。2)碳足迹呈现明显的空间集聚与模式差异,果菜类在中南部露地及北方设施生产中排放较高,而叶菜类则表现为“南高北低”的特征。3)肥料生产及田间N2O排放是碳足迹的核心来源(贡献率最高达80.4%);与露地模式相比,设施蔬菜的灌溉耗电及农膜投入排放占比显著升高,最高达57.87%。研究结果可为我国制定差异化的蔬菜绿色生产策略及精准减排提供科学支撑。
