An electrostatic dust collector with magnetic enhancement and wire mesh filtration

  • 摘要: 针对当前工业领域日益严峻的粉尘污染治理挑战,研究创新性地提出一种磁场强化耦合丝网静电过滤式除尘器。该技术通过引入外部磁场对传统静电除尘过程进行物理强化,系统对比分析了磁场介入前后放电特性及除尘效率的变化规律。深入探究金属丝网结构参数对除尘性能的作用效果,重点考察3个核心结构因素:金属丝网孔径(1,2,3 mm)、丝网堆叠层数(1层、2层、3层)以及丝网表面复合过滤材料(聚乙烯过滤网、锦纶网)对粉尘脱除效率的作用效果。同时,系统测试了风速(1~5 m/s)、进气方向(正/反方向)及粉尘种类(飞灰粉尘、燃煤粉尘、水泥灰)对除尘效率的影响规律。研究结果表明,优化后的磁场-丝网耦合结构可显著增强微细粉尘的荷电与捕集效率,为工业烟气高效除尘提供了一种可行的技术方案。
