In order to achieve the goal of controlling haze,renewable energy applications had been being promoted in China.
“Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Development and Utilization of Geothermal Energy”will actively promote the shallow
geothermal energy,expanding its proportion of energy used in buildings. However,shallow geothermal energy application is
facing a series of obstacles. In order to overcome the failure of market regulation,by means of dynamic principle of things,
combining with the full life cycle theory,relying on AHP,we propose critical path of energy application,and design a longterm
energy management system.
